Labels Without Lies...

Because not all “protein-packed” claims are what they seem.

These days, you can’t walk two scrolls on Instagram without seeing a bar, cookie, or drink labeled “HIGH PROTEIN!” It’s on breakfast cereals. It’s on pasta and even water!

But here's the deal: A lot of these so-called “protein-rich” products? They're faking it.

Enter: Protein Washing.

Brands slap “high protein” on the pack to ride the health wave. The truth? Many of them barely have 3–5 grams of protein per serving. That’s less than a single boiled egg.

Here’s the Problem: The Health Halo.

Often, that shiny label is hiding what actually matters: High carbs, Saturated Fats and Artificial Junk

Read Beyond the Font:

“High-protein” should mean at least 10–20g per serving if it’s meant to support muscle health.

Switch to our protein, our FOPL doesn't leave any room for such ambiguity.

Not So Frequently Asked Questions

Important questions that you should be asking us, and we already answered them for you

0 sugar, but what about sodium content?

Renewtra's plant protein powder contains very low sodium per serving.

Low sodium level is as important as sugar level, this is what makes it healthy to consume daily.

Pea protein isolate is naturally little prone to having sodium present in it, we use high quality isolate which helps control the sodium levels to a minimum.

Is it diabetes friendly?

Yes, it has 0 added sugar and negligible amount of 0.06 g total sugar (this is the naturally occurring sugar from clean ingredients we use) per serving.

It has a minimal amount of ~5 grams carbs per serving thus making it diabetic friendly.

However, it is always advised to consult your healthcare professional before starting any supplement if you are a diabetic.

What do we mean by "clinically proven"?

We only say clinically proven if it is studied via valid, credible clinical trials published in reputed journals.

We do not claim "clinically proven" loosely or just as a marketing gimmick.

We take our science very seriously. We make marketing claims very responsibly.

What is the right approach to taking supplements?

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. They should supplement a healthy diet and lifestyle. For example, you cannot eat junk food in the day and have a protein supplement in the evening and expect them to cancel out each other!

Food, exercise and sleep are the pillars of good health which is further complemented
by food supplements.

As a rule, supplements are not supposed to cure or treat diseases, but rather help prevent them and keep you in a generally healthy state.

Anyone who claims otherwise should be taken with a bag full of salt!
